I contacted the doc. I guess when you carry that many shares you have just a little voice somewhat. And I believe in him. I've dealt with many con artists in my life and believe me I don't think he is one of them. Secondly, they will bring this to a higher pps level before diluting which makes sense. At that price level those here will have the option to hold or to cash out. I think we are just here for the ride.

Anyhow back to this ticker even if the 3.5 billion shares hit the market I believe we still be worth .05+ at the very least.
