It came close to being changed from chap 11 to chap 7. The money from the OIL PATCH made it possible for a plan of recovery to be presented to and bought off on by the court.

Although that plan was really BOOLSHEET. They never really had any G4s nearly ready to sell. Although that was the claim by JB.

But it did keep CDEX alive for a time...and you kept 1/10 of your shares.
