A 10-1 RS and guess what share structure it looks a lot like, NTE*. Which is over a dime at this point, so RS WITH revenues to tighten up share structure isn't a bad thing at all, draws in new investors IMO who were wary beforehand. But again, this all starts with that first PR of production and showing of revenue. You guys make me laugh sometimes, the talk of how high this was going was serious and then the shares double and now it goes nowhere with any sort of news. It'll be tougher to get up with the flippers obviously but it'll get there, because someone will want in. Everyone relax and realize the company has come out and said production in February. If they DONT produce in February they are done, that's not a statement you issue if you don't have anything. The scams I've been following all scam with mergers, acquisitions, undisclosed names, and incredibly vague promises. So watch closely to the share structure he PROMISED, that's where we should be able to tell if this is a scam. You dont define exactly how many shares will be outstanding with an ungagged TA in a scam IMO.
