Hopefully, he or the company will spread the sales of a period of two months. He (they) want the best posible prices, too.

I used to think he was doing this for ERHC, but if he registered February 9 and has been gone from the ERHC offices for two months, it could very well be a personal sale of his shares.(John Coleman)

I don't expect a quick dump however. He did not sell after awards.
