1) No, I personally did not invest in Qtrax, but know several people on this board who did.
2) I learned about Qtrax from several articles published prior to the failed launch at Midem.
3) Qtrax is a dead company because it's been delisted by the SEC, its CEO has a reputation for overpromising and underdelivering when it comes to the product (read the forums for the list of all his broken promises), the company has a ton of legal judgments against it for money owed, etc.
4) It's not a theory; it's a fact. Qtrax is a scam. It doesn't take much research to uncover that.
5) Why would I want to have any interaction with the CEO of Qtrax? I prefer to associate with people who aren't engaging in questionable activities, thank you very much.
Lastly, you've posted these same sorts of questions over a year ago on here. It's not hard to read these forums to uncover the truth about the activities perpetrated by the company and its executives. There's also ample articles online about all of the failures of Qtrax. Do your own research; take some responsibility.
