This potential merger looks quite interesting, however, be advised there is a DTC chill on this security so if you use TDA, and possibly some other brokers as well, you may not be allowed to purchase this.

FWIW I probably would have put a bid in, had this not been chilled, as the potential merger candidate looks pretty good from the little DD I've done thus far.
