4)Been diluting 23 years and apparently screwed by all partners on 4 or 5 different occasion's.
5) To overcome the "screw of partners" company diluted 5x in last 6 years!!
6) Does a RS every 3 years like clockwork
7) Gets a DTCC chill skull and bones every time! The regulators are talking to us telling us STAY AWAY THIS IS A SCAM!!
8) Dilute Reverse Spin old PRs repeat cycle!
