Another odd comment. Isn't that exactly why guyer and rice and fearn were there for. Their own defense and agenda?

I don't know. But all the courts I worked in didn't have a explicit dress code.
What did guyer wear? His conductors uniform and baton? Or is he a ordained Rev, and wore a white collar? Perhaps by looking religious guyer hoped to garner sympathy from the judge.
Naa, judges try not to let appearances effect their 'judgement'.

Well since guyer has shown he doesn't "give a flip" about you common shareholders, these impressions are pretty much meaningless to guyer and this group of lawsuits in general.
