Not all fantasy K Dog but a lot is. I dug deep a few years ago
[CHTL] and found a lot of what they were claiming didn't even exist or wasn't licensed in Hong Kong or anywhere else and that includes people too. Fantasyland hyper-promoted by Tobin Smith and his NBT Research.

Elberto believes in PRs. So be it. As for "loans" he referred to,
he has a lot to learn about Penny Stocks and Hedge Funds. To do that one has to go no further then this board and VELA SEC Filings.

The OS is increasing by 100s of millions and the pps continues to drop.
