I got a reply back from Raoul.
It doesn’t say anything we didn’t already know.
Raoul included a nice link to prices.
Now it’s back to hibernation till spring.

“We have kept shareholders informed with what’s happening through our filings. Sterling is no different from other junior mining companies suffering from the lack of interest by investors and the sharp decline in share price. Just look at others such as Phoscan (FOS) , Stonegate (ST) and others including the majors.

As we indicated in our filings, production is on hold due to the collapse in phosphate prices as shown below. Our strategy is to preserve our cash in this environment and be ready when the turn arrives.

Last time, it took six months and bottomed at $90 per tonne in July 2009 until December 2009 before resuming growth. The rise in DAP fertilizer price to $369.88 per tonne last month is a positive sign.

Best Wishes,

Raoul”
