We'll know more tomorrow morning when Bill PRs the deal clarifications for the many people on this board that can't comprehend the terms of the 8k accurately. As far as share structure, the CEO has repeatedly stated (most recently publicly 1/22) that they are not increasing AS, or OS, but that they are evaluating share buy back options. I wouldn't be surprised to hear something regarding this in the tomorrow's PR…
