You should read a little when doing DD. It will be 85,000 square feet (existing building + buildings in progress), not 58,000, and a 10.3 acre production facility. Further, there will be multiple levels in the buildings which can exponentially increase square footage. You have to at least get the basic facts correct to sound like you know what you're talking about.
