So I ran some numbers and tried to find relevant basis for standard. I put a link with source for my info. average estimated production per sq. ft. is 40- 50 grams dry yield per rotation. with an indica strain (which is majority of mm) on a three month cycle would equal 4 yields per year. 40 grams * 58,000 sq. ft. comes out to 2,232,000 grams per cycle /28.2 per ounce = 79,148.93 ounces / 16 ounces/ lb.= 5141.84 LBS per cycle * 4 cycles = 20567.37 lbs./year 20567.37 * 3000 = $61,702,127.65 gross rev from production per year from a flat setup. with a vertical setup you can probably multiply those figures by 4 which you put it at $246,808,510.63 gross rev from full harvest year from an estimated production of 82,269.48 lbs. admittedly less than the projections from the company. I can only speculate that they must have plans to increase the number of grow sites or expand production to meet their projection of 1.2 mill lbs. but after doing that math it makes a lot more sense why they projected 100 mill in association with current project.
