Guys, I would like some honest opinions from the longs here. I've been looking to buy PHOT, but haven't gotten in yet. I'm looking to take a nice sized long position, but not as large as my FITX position. I've been a long-term investor in FITX for several years now, so it just makes sense to add here given the partnership. My question is on timing. What are the predictions on price reaction that we'll see with the upcoming proxy vote? Is it anticipated that the pps will drop with the increase to share structure given future dilution, or concerns of dilution? I'm debating on whether to buy before or after the vote, but my guess is buying after would give the greatest likelihood of a temporary price drop. Thoughts?
