One of the things you see when a company goes pink is the NT-10 but then no 10-K filed. Buys them 15 days of more - dumping while suckers await a 10-K that never comes. That's how LOCH died in 2000 - filed a NT-10 on 9/29/00 and then never filed a 10-K. Lots of companies die this way for one last dump to suckers waiting for the 10-K and news.



I heard/read that elsewhere... and second the motion.
