The price will do what ever it wants regardless of Rawnocs trading. He however is openly informing people of that ahead of time.

If anything he's being 'nicer' (if that's the right word to use, prob not) than any other person in the market who will be selling that same stock at $25 to your investor.

Unless you're saying Rawnoc alone is responsible for the peaks and troughs of a stock, how can you possibly care what any one person does with their stock if they're being open and honest about it.

If you're a long term investor (in any stock) yourself, you'll know they go up and down even if there is a long term upward/downward path. If an investor is in it it for the long term, but believes theirs smart enough to trade in and out for some profit in the shorter term as well, why the hell wouldn't they?

Personally I'm not confident enough in my trading to do it, so I generally set and forget, but are you honestly telling me if you believe XYZ trading at $20 now will be worth $60 in 2yrs, but at the moment is religiously trading between a range of $20, 25, 20, 25, 20, 25 for the last 6 months and shows no signs at present of stopping - and you were confident in you're trading skills, you wouldn't give it a go?

You're answer may be 'no' apparently, but I sure as hell would and I think a majority of people in the market would to. Why not, we're in this game to make profit?!

Example, I'm a long term believer in TASR. I currently however hold no stock, I bought in the 14's a while back and sold in the 17's. Much as I would like to get back in, I'm waiting for a drop. If I had a large enough capital base I would also have some in the account regardless, but I'm not in that position. Doesn't stop me from believing long term TASR is going to be 10x the size it is now in years to come. According to your logic I wouldn't be allowed to sing TASR's praises because I sold my position at 17 due to personal trading/financial position?
