Everything about the infamous "R.X.N.B LLC, These letters(Name)was set up as a Corporation in Nevada back in November 20th 2013,

But again under the letters (RXNBI LLC)Name was set up on January 30th 2013,

There could be a number of reasons that this was done. First the purpose of not wanting to get investors blowing up their phones with questions. The November Filings included Sam Alawieh and Bill Chaaban as the sole Principles.

On January 30th 2014, The Address changes and there are no Principles listed. I suppose we will find out more To from PHOT Tomorrow, There can be only reason for the Change and that is Sterling or PHOT now owns a piece of RXNB LLC and needs to be added as a Principle.
