I was wondering whether this eq. raise at $4ps is some kind of gift to the i.bank and to the selected investors. And a good example of sub-optimal corporate governance.

If they have sufficient cash at hand, and they are confident about the results yet to be released, why not raising cash after they are published??

That would certainly be in the best interest of the older/incumbent investors, wouldn't it?
