What will happen if SPWP has a reverse split?

How many of these SPWP shares are owned by Mario?

1 year may be a good option if Mario owns restricted shares and leaves the ONYY float relatively alone except maybe a few million shares for capital money?

If you own alot of shares then 2 cents is huge.

If you own a few shares NOT WORTH IT?
