NO attorney is dumb enough to Photoshop the signature of an attorney who is dead onto a letter written and dated six months after his death! This forgery did not come from any law firm - it was uploaded by the company and then retracted by the company when they got caught by iHUBbers who contacted OTC.

That is forgery, in this case also securities fraud, and disbarrment.

What the HELL are you people thinking even to propose these bizarre theories?

If is a forged, fake letter uploaded by the company who then claimed it was uploaded "in error" - not that somebody fraudulently uploaded it for them.

The company uploaded a forged, fraudulent letter. The forgery was uncovered by samsamiam and that was disclosed. As a result of the publication of the forged letter, the stock made a material move in price and volume. Material harm to the investment community and stock manipulation was caused by the uploading of a forged, fraudulent opinion letter by the company.

Result: SEC and FINRA are all over this. Whether they are working on the Superbowl weekend or not will determine whether the stock is halted and an SEC suspension occurs Monday or Tuesday/Wednesday.

If the stock is allowed to trade Monday and if it moves Monday on price and volume, it will be halted first thing Tuesday and a SEC suspension will follow shortly.

This is an egregious case and folks at the SEC and FINRA do not want to be accused of allowing further harm as a result of this blatant stock manipulation with a forged attorney letter from a along-dead lawyer who hasn't done any work for the company since 2011. The Photoshopped signature is hilarious!
