Just remember this. A good friend of mine that is a day trader for over 20 years.. he had mentioned of other company's in the past that this happened too. Strong insider selling but the share price not plummeting. 9 times out of ten he said were buyout stipulations from the takeover company. He's not saying this is the case... But told me not to sell out all my shares.. Now millions of insider shares were sold!!! We only dropped a buck and a half? Hmmmmm. Plus the Cramer crap? I'm still stayin
