Would you expect more institutional ownership like Blackrock will make the stock less violatile in the future? Also on appeal am I accurate in saying Google can only win if the court finds the law was applied in error by HJJ? He may have been slow in his rulings, but from your analysis during the case it would appear he was applying the law correctly, except for laches. Did you see something in the appeal briefs that would lead you to a different conclusion?
