First off, your math is incorrect. 100M shares at .005 is $500K. So, that theory is instantly debunked. Now, if you believe Atlas was acquired for $5M then the PPS would have to be .05 for 100M shares. Atlas is worth more than $5M just based on this info from a previous PR below. So, care to shake your magic 8 ball again?

Under the terms of the MOU, Germany-based Atlas will provide up to $30 million as a sales advance to form part of the financing of the movies in the slate. Medient's output is expected to reach 8 - 12 movies annually with budgets ranging from $2Million to $40Million.

I am not sure but I think Atlas is being issued 100 miillion shares at 0.005 ($5 million) for purchase...We should find out soon
