Welcome, they are working on a 26 year 300,000,000 mill contract to build a wind farm in costa Rico , all the primary work is done all we are waiting on is the signing of the contract.around 139 mill outstanding shares and about 39 mill float. Company hasn't sold any shares and won't till the big contract comes out. Investors relations was announced a few weeks ago. Go to there face book and follow what has been going on. If this hits it will be big.
