Clarke usually responds to my emails within 24 hours & he has not yet, that may be a sign that a PR is inbound this week. He's real picky about disclosing PR dates or anything that could be viewed as inside info. He would rather release it without telling anybody so he can stay out of any more potential legal issues.
At the very least- multiple investors have emailed him so he knows that he needs to file one ASAP
