Just emailed Mr Starrs via the website link in regards to the New York State utility companies as a possible clients.

They cannot accept payment via credit card so any online payment made is done so using a checking account.

One certain target would be Con Edison of NYC, which takes in billions per year in payments.

Let you know if I hear anything back.
