They may or may not use other company's panels but it is pretty likely that their top-of-the-line installs, at a minimum, use Sunpower panels currently.
The good news - as it has been repeated many times on this board (and Yahoo!) - is that SunWorks must have seen something that they really liked about SLTD's cell in order to agree to being acquired.
