Well, the millions are already beng accumulated, hence the pps rise into dilution.. You knew the balance sheet and strategy as announced last year. Bottomline they need cash to move the company forward and it wasnt coming from penny players on ihub.
so where they at now? 1 billion entered the OS likely to pay down debt and shore up balance sheet. With the perceived "negative attention" behind them, they can now generate the momentum and market valuation this significant and leading stem cell technology deserves... Pick a valuation, but this traded 20-30 million cap before the shenanigans, I think with solid news in a budding and hot sector it will go to at least double that market valuation, say .03-.05. This increased AS now gives them the flexibility to raise cash to push business model. What if they raise 5-10 million dollars restricted at say a penny or 2? Would you be upset? Isn't generating revenue via the 3 clinics a key growth mechanism to prove the model? They could make one large private placement or funding deal with half the increase in AS and be set for good. Clinic model proven, significant profit, license deals, more stem cell growth, recognized as the leader... Boom 200-400 mil mrkt valuation, buyout scenarios. At say 2.5 bil shares that could be .10-.20 in a year...And growin...
Crying about the new AS shows a fundamental lacking in understanding the requirements to grow this company and as clearly spelled out to you as an investor who read the PRs, the SEC filings and quarterly financials..
