I do my own DD and read most filings now myself. People on board mislead others a lot. That's why I don't follow the herd mentality of trading without knowing why I am buying, selling or holding. You have go and double and triple check yourself. Growlife would not partner with fitx if this was not a solid company. Neither would GNC, neither would 5W, neither would bodybuilding.com

People look for cunning ways to spin any news even good for their own ulterior motive as you could see with the 8k filings.
Helpful Summary Glossary for recent filed 8k:
The company=growlife
OGI= the Company+CANX
Sellers=WP + AJOA
CEN Biotech =CEN

The 8k filing is somewhat confusing and I found a typo mistake on top of page 5. They had AP instead of WP.

It needs to be rewritten and a better clarification revealing that WP and AJOA Joint ventures both formed CEN Biotech. Both LLC name were just dropped out of nowhere without any explanations

OGI is the Company’s previously announced joint venture with CANX USA, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“CANX”). The Company has a 45% ownership interest in OGI and there are conditions under which it may gain a majority interest in the joint venture. The Company is obligated to issue shares of common stock to the Sellers (see below). CEN, under the authority and inspection of the Canadian government, has been approved to build a medical marijuana growing facility in Canada, which could produce and deploy as much as 1.3 million pounds of dried marijuana annually. CEN is awaiting final approval to grow, harvest, or sell medical
