Just because they will be available in march, does not mean they will be instantly used to dilute. Many on this board seem to forget that. I've read.. 3.5 billion A/S run for the hills so many times here.. Wonder if they might be used for a partnership? Or many other things they could be used for..

I'm sure they know diluting 2 billion more shares would hurt this big time. We aren't going to wake up on May 1st and have 3.5 billion O/S
