I am spending some more time on your long array of posts that I never responded to. This specific one where you say, "Follow the money" Just try. Let me sum this up for you and all the other readers.

This entire extract you posted simply says one thing. The insiders and mostly Angelique de Maison invested almost $2.5 million dollars of their own money into restricted shares of which they still own 100% today. Every paragraph clearly states the terms.

This is not something any smart investor will be confused by. If simply says exactly how the company got $2.5 million over this short period from the insiders.

My invitation for a public discussion remains open art any time and anyone is most welcome to attend.
