Nope, after the lone ASYI .0002 trade there were TWO trades at .0001. You forgot about the 1,000,000 $100 trade:

$0.0001 100,000 OTO 15:59:57
$0.0001 1,000,000 OTO 15:57:44
$0.0002 1,040,000 OTO 15:54:44

The .0002 that hit was over a million shares then got hit at last second for 100K $10 trade at the bid
