Could very well be that "delayed diluting" into the float only (not the OS). The float jumped about 10m since the reduction (restricted to float)

OS went from 583 to 577, but the float 437 to 447 simultan.

The shares are being snatched up at the bid B:A volume 40:1 and considering a flat day, that says to me that delayed diluting is being absorbed nicely.
