Hello everyone-my name is maverick one, I been observing board for some months now. I started my entry point the last week of November and have continued to add to it. Thought I would introduce myself and my position is long and deep.

The company is repositioning and leveraging itself for future growth-after considerable DD and studying the geologic data and history of the Utah-Wyoming lease areas I determined Richfield is worth the investment at this PPS.

The PPS has stabilized and has been trading in a base range without any serious sharp declines the last 5-7 weeks. It could go lower before new leases are developed-but it also could remain stable and actually increase a little over time. If it drops I'll leverage down as far as need be.

I see this company over time removing itself from reliance on the Kansas lease and branching out into other plays.

Regardless of Redchip I don't listen or follow them-I know what their purpose is for. So, I do not pay them any attention.

I'm also here because- so is Alan Gaines the new chairman of the board- so I'm here riding Alan's shirttails so to speak. I'm betting green on him actually.

I'm a long range strategic investor and I don't sell when there isn't any news-patients is the key and I have all the time in the world for this to explore,mature and ripen. If Gaines goes-I'll take a look see if I wish to hang out depending on circumstances and PPS where it stands. I just don't invest in companies and what they PR etc- I take a long deep look and invest in the people that own, run and are a part of them.
