Yeah setting the BIDS at .003 with a .0048 ASK at open was just an
invitation for the MM's to lower the PPS.. They are just sitting down
at .003 and collecting over the top of Retail.. we should be blocking
them by raising the BIDS.. I'm like you I've accumulated enough right
now..
