Ok this is what I found out... China Motion Mobile Limited HK, has money and a lot of it (around 19M). Velatel has several option.

1) let the company sink - File chapter 11 and then take over CMML-HK
2) Do a stock buyback from the money they got crom CMML-HK
3)Let Velatel operate independently from CMML-HK and see what happens
4)They merge everything and we see this stock rise.

I called over to Velatel and Tim is the investor Relations guy, not helpful at all.
