The PR releases are fabricated, they can say anything in those released w/out having any proof to back it up.
Please tell me where these machines are "illegal?" First of all, we already discussed that traditional vending machines are in several dispensaries in Los Angeles. Secondly, patients must show ID and such when entering the shop so that step is already complete before they even step up to the machine. Thirdly, not all budtenders are that knowledgable. In LA many of the budtenders are minimum wage chicks who are strippers by night and I know far more about herb than them. Fourthly, the vending machines in LA carry far more than just flowers but mostly carry candy, edibles and pre-rolled joints. Fifthly, I don't know if fourthly is even a word but it made me laugh.
I get your angle that you want to look at the buds, smell them, touch them….but sometimes you just want to grab and go. Also, the quality of buds are getting much more standardized and once you are familiar with certain strains, you can pretty safely get the same quality.
