Notorious conduit for shorting/diluting, VERT, now camped out on the ask.

My guess? Bills are coming due, and Toxic Charlie desperate for cash has gone back to the well and signed another dilutive, toxic deal, and the lender is shorting stock through VERT to hedge his position.
