Construction process: 1. Design, 2. Fund, 3. Mobilize, 3. Build, 4. Operate.
The equipment they have onsite now is for surveying and digging the foundation/footings. Looks pretty legit to me. What does everyone expect? Cranes, dozers, picking equipment? This a fairly simple facility to build. Heck somehow i know that it only takes aprox 12 to 14 weeks to construct a 12,000 to 15,000 sq ft commercial bldg. (Obviously depends somewhat on the type of facility)
