Your uncle was correct. But individual penny stocks seldom move in the same direction as the big boards. Factors that move stocks listed on the S&P, DOW, NASDAQ, etc. have little, if any, effect in penny land. SVFC doing great today after yesterdays action. Solid support level being established.
