I researched some recent downgrades by zacks. Some companies explode about a month after. One example is CSE (not a bio but ..). It was downgraded in October and look what happened. I don't know the ratio of how often this happens but perhaps this is a last move to try and shake some shares. I don't see why you upgrade on the 3rd of this month and then downgrade right after the fed meeting ....hmmm
