here's my NTEK take…coming from an investor thats a natural skeptic…..
and having done the sufficient DD, and not being a tech-nerd…..
being fair about the Foley issue and balancing the achievements that NTEK has made…..
knowing that PENNYS get their 1st cupola runs from hype and zealous PENNY flippers, regardless of their REAL attributes……
MY PENNYFACTS:
some PENNYS become REAL deals, most others become what the OTC gets called the "cess-pool" for..
VERY, very FEW BECOME industry innovators or tech behemoths….odds say they get bought out early on(if good product/service) or fall part because of the nefarious character associated with these markets…

SOOOO………NTEK has had its first PPS runs…….NTEK has some decent product momentum, strong affiliations, and could very well have some stellar positioning in their tech "space"…….
the big dilemma I have is……….they've made their PUBLIC splash, so they have been "noticed" by most tech "pickers" (big fish looking for a quick grab of SMART startup tech at a cheap price)……..
if NTEK IS so well POSITIONED, how come the "pickers" haven't PICKED IT??????
PPS has not gone anywhere because of certain, REAL doubts and DF issue……….WHY……WHY……even a good tech should continue to get small chunks of serious money invested……..the stagnant PPS says very little new market money is here……….
OR
a lot of new money is buying PRIVATELY and major BOD decisions are occurring, in the "preferred share" world that the public gets shielded from……….because O/S share numbers seem accountable…..
so 2 scenarios exist

somehow the QUESTIONS that go UNASWERED are possible, undetectable CHINKS in NTEKS armor, that only seriously vested tech people know……..thats why no buy out or PPS move for such a highly touted(at least here) company

#2…….
its just a brilliant DIAMOND in the rough that has YET to be put in the HANDS of the right polisher and CUTTER to show its true value……..and it hasn't found those hands yet………
THATS WHERE NTEK IS RIGHT NOW…………if this is #2, someone better CLEAR out the idiots holding this back, could spoil the real capability…………..otherwise it looks like #1 is the prudent choice for ANY FUTURE PPS bets
MARKET HAS BEEN UNDECIDED FOR THE LAST 5 WEEKS……of which CES has OCCURRED….usually a place for a "picker" to find a gem…..…
.good companies LEAD, regardless of the atmosphere, a LEADER is what NTEK needs
