HDOGTX, the beauty about this TTDZ filing...

Good to see you here HDOGTX. The beauty about that filing is this it clearly indicates that the company has stopped dumping shares since Oct 24, 2013 of last year since the last TTDZ Attorney 504 Opinion Letter was done on Oct 24, 2012. I say this because 504s, as we all know are only good for 1 year. This means that all of the selling that we have been witnessing is all retail selling. This 100% eliminates any kind of dilution fears of which I knew were of no concern because of the Outstanding Shares (OS) not being able to be changed due to the upcoming dividend. Right now, I think it all has not soaked in yet with the market, but it will in my opinion.

This also confirms that they are doing what they say they are doing which is very obvious since the release of their PRs and filings.

Also, I saw where a few was trying to say what company is or isn't Green Cures, Inc. within the forum (to include myself too). It all should be considered speculation until the company tells us which is correct. Technically speaking, none of us ”officially” knows which is the correct Green Cures, Inc. company behind Door #1, but I kind of mentioned that within the post I made below:

(Heck, I should have said "researched" and not "research" in the second paragraph. I hate when I do that.)

However, what we do know is that the new operation will be a MMJ (marijuana) company as it stated the synonymous word ”cannabis” within their filings. We also know that their operation is proven enough for someone to want to give them $3,000,000 to expand on their operation. Still, we don't know enough of any of their planned details for expansion for anyone within the forum to answer many questions in my opinion, but enough has already been released in PRs and filings to make me to want to at least hang around to have them explain those details to me.

Something else to add, any negative talk about the ”old or previous” management of TTDZ does not apply to what is ”now” happening here with TTDZ for inquiring minds. It was clearly indicated from the PRs and filings that the old management will have nothing to do with the growth and maturation process that we are about to experience here with ”The New TTDZ.” So, what we have coming here with TTDZ is basically… The New Beginning!
