I think the real top and resistance is $13.80, this sector is ready to blow up even more. Gov't needs to put more $ into this area of business and support renewable energy faster. Recent reports are global warming is an issue, I use to be on the fence but the latest data from the National Weather Service shows a true sign of the planet heating up; something will be done, I expect this global warming issue to become a news issue soon. Gov't will be forced to do something to help these companies and this ideal much much more; CLEAN Energy!
