It's not the COMPANY talking about "buy out", it's investors. So, who's credibility is on the line now?

Furthermore, since when did OTC stocks on this tier, get traded on anything but speculation and greed for thyself? Again, LMFAO.

IMHO, EPGL is not a typical OTC stock. There are clearly elements which are atypical of this exchange.
