Definition of a weak hand: that person which is unsure of
a particular investment to the point where they question themselves and the investment they hold. Weak hands often times rely on the dillignce of others so that they may make
a decision based on this "due dilligence".

PPO definition: a private placement offer which allows someone to obtain shares for a fraction of the going market price often (but not in all cases) carrying stipulations
that the buyer of a PPO must hold those shares for a certain period of time before selling them back on the market.
