Sounds like Maza is a puppet for someone. Any ideas who could be pulling his strings. With a CEO such as this, I find that this is usually what's happening. What about the possibility of Goldman Sachs whispering in his ear to possibly work on a cheap takeover? Do you know if he left GS on good terms? I ask because its not like he was an outside hire. Maza has been there for what 8 years now? I agree the PR team is horrific, and it sounds like you do a better job than they do. If I were you, I would line up all the trading companies and anytime PR comes out send an email out to them while CC'ing it to Elliot. If he and his team aren't going to do it why not you.
You have fantastic ideas but we have to ask how plausible are they? Honestly I don't know. If only a small chance, then lets see what can be done with some amount of certainty that it will succeed. You have the passion and contacts lets do a PR takeover.
