He has a history of under-delivering with ECOS...but this D-20 deal is the most legit that things have been.

The NPU LOI's never materialized due to financing, but he also wasn't giving us updates like this...

There are hundreds of millions of shares flying around on a daily basis, but this was (hopefully) to get the financing done.

I hope I'm right, and we can meet somewhere warm and drink daiquiris.
