I called Valter Pinto @ [phone] ( This Number is available on CERP's FB Page) and expressed my concern. He mentioned that Cerp do have an Option to renegotiate Debt with Horizon and they might have few more options but that is something that he is not aware of exactly. According to Valter the Outstanding Debt is $2MM and some change.

I am sure Big Competitors must be lining up for the Auction to grab CERP's Assets. I hate to Guess and still holding because I have lost lot of $$$$s with CERP and even If I liquidate today then I might be able to recover some $$s. Since my overall portfolio is making up for this loss so I am willing to see it thru the end. GLTA
