They said in the PR that they negotiated with some shareholder to return 500 mil shares. That sounds like they are going to take them out of circulation. I assume that is probably from the old CEO. And those were probably not commons, I would guess. They said they aren't going to dilute the stock, and if they get a loan they are going to restrict it so the shares given out for the loan can't be converted into commons. Everything looks good here the way I see it.
